Hemoglobin checkup camp
On 15 July 2024, on the occasion of Dr. Mrs Smitatai Hiray’s Birthday, Department of Oral Pathology and Microbiology conducted a Hemoglobin checkup camp.The venue was the Clinical Pathology section, Department of Oral Pathology and Microbiology from 9.15 am to 3pm. The Hemoglobin estimation checkup camp was for all girl students in the institute and attended by- UG students and interns. Medicines to increase hemoglobin in anemic students were distributed. The Hemoglobin estimation was conducted by the department lab technicians, department staff aand guided by the Principal Dr. Pradeep G.L
The outcome of the activity was to identify female students with low haemoglobin values and emphasize the importance of prophylaxis in the prevention of anemia.
