National Orthodontist Week and National Orthodontic Day Celebration
Department of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics celebrated “Orthodontic week” from 5th to 11th October 2024 with great enthusiasm and vigor.
An awareness skit was performed by postgraduate students and posted interns in the OPD area which laid emphasis on the importance of orthodontic treatment to build self confidence in an individual. A freehand wire bending competition was organized which received a great response from all the undergraduates and interns who displayed their talents exclusively. Competitions like poster making and reel making regarding orthodontic treatment were also conducted which received a huge response from the students as well as the staff.
