Various routes of Injection Techniques
The Dept. of Public Health Dentistry and the Dept. of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery organized a workshop on “Various routes of Injection Techniques”at MGV’S Pharmacy College, Panchavati, Nashik on 16/01/2025. Adiwasi Seva Samittee’s Institute of Industrial and Pharmaceutical Technology, Panchavati, Nashik and MGV’S Pharmacy College participated in the initiative.
Dr. Sachin Dahiwelkar, Professor and HOD, Dept. of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery delivered a lecture and demonstrated the technique. He explained about the various techniques used for delivery of medications into different parts of the body . Dr. Rikin Merchant, HOD, Dept. of Public Health Dentistry also addressed the students and explained the importance of safe injection methods which does not harm the recipient or expose the healthcare provider to avoidable risks.
The activity was organized for the students of D.Pharm and B.Pharm, MGV’S Pharmacy College, Nashik and 140 students benefitted from the knowledge imparted.
