WORLD ORAL HEALTH DAY 2024
On World Oral health Day celebrated on 20th March 2024, an awareness program was organized by Dept Periodontology and Implantology in association with Indian Society Of Periodontology. The objective of the program was to sensitize patients about the prevention of periodontal disease with the special emphasis on “ SAY NO TO BLEEDING GUMS”.
The Dept arranged various activities such as Reel competition, Slogan competition, Painting and Poster making competitions for students. Undergraduate and postgraduate students participated enthusiastically. Patients were screened and educated about the maintenance of oral hygiene and were provided with free oral hygiene aid samples. The program was attended by Undergraduate and postgraduate students, faculty and non-teaching staff.
