WORLD ORAL HEALTH DAY 2024
On 10 Jan 2024, Dr Abhishek Wajpe, alumnus of 2014-19 batch, was the opening speaker for the 4th Edition of the Alumni Mentorship Congress. He is currently employed as a Biostatistician at the Prstigious Ohio University. He delivered a lecture on “Journey from BDS to MPH” in which he spoke at length about the need to pursue this degree, admission process,fee structure and the avenues that open up on completion of the degree. He also gave an insight into life in US. It was well- attended by Interns (2019-24 batch) and1stYear students (2023-24 batch), past students and staff.
Students got an opportunity to interact and discuss their career plans with Dr Abhishek. Students enjoyed the session delivered by Dr Abhishek Wajpe in a candid manner, clearing outlining the pros as well as the cons of a life in the US.
