Orthotrendz -Interdisciplinary Therapy in Orthodontics.
On 29/4/2024, Department of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics organised Orthotrendz CDE lecture on” Interdisciplinary Therapy in Orthodontics in order to help postgraduate students and Orthodontists in their clinical practice. The speaker of the CDE lecture was Dr. Renu Vatkar. Dr.Renu Vatkar, an alumnus enlightened the participants on Interdisciplinary Therapy in Orthodontics. Dr.Renu is a highly qualified orthodontist practicing since 10 years and she presented the topic from a clinical aspect showcasing the use of interdisciplinary approach which was found to be of remarkably importance in achieving treatment success for patients with adverse and unfit oral health conditions and medical challenges. The program was a huge success owing to the contribution from the entire staff of the department.
