Oral Health Screening Camp at Pathardi Phata

On 03-09-2025, MGV’S KBH Dental College and Hospital, Nashik participated in “Bhavya Arogya Shibir” organized at R K Lawns, Pathardi Phata, Nashik from 10:30am onwards. An Oral Health Screening camp was conducted by the Department of Public Health Dentistry in collaboration with Charity Commissioner, Nashik. A total of 82 patients were screened for ailments in the oral cavity. Oral health talk was delivered by Dr. Preeti Dandge describing proper brushing techniques with the help of a brushing model and tobacco counselling was done for patients having history of tobacco chewing and smoking.

Oral Health Screening helps in increasing the awareness of the importance of oral health to overall health and well-being & increase acceptance and adoption of effective preventive interventions.
